By sharing my experience, frameworks and tricks, I aim to empower individuals and teams to navigate the complexity of the creative process and reach more meaningful, systemic outcomes. 

Since October 2022, I have been mentoring the design team at Donar Online, helping shape their product design process, internal workflows, and the implementation of their Design System. Beyond design-specific teams, I recently partnered with leadership at Vercel to design a strategic offsite for a senior engineering team. By identifying team challenges, we designed the agenda and methodologies that allowed them to address delivery blockers and optimise their internal processes.

Opening doors to the world of design for new professionals is a passion and a way to give back. In 2018, this drive led me to co-found Haz to boost new talent, and I have shared insights through open classes at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and communities like Más mujeres en UX and IDF Buenos Aires.
